can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 c
2 Tbsp
1 pkg
(16 oz) confectioners' sugar
4 c
2 c
graham cracker crumbs
1 1/4 c
chopped pecans

How to Make Orange Coconut Bites


  • 1In medium bowl, combine sugar, orange juice, butter and water. Stir to blend well.
  • 2Stir in 2 cup of the coconut, the graham cracker crumbs and the nuts. Gently stir to mix well.
  • 3Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in the remaining coconut.
  • 4Chill for several hours.
