- 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups nutella
How To Make nutella truffles

Step 1Melt chocolate chips in microwave or double boiler. If using microwave, use 50% power and stir every 30 seconds or so to keep chocolate from getting too hot and seizing. Stir Nutella into melted chocolate.

Step 2Refrigerate mixture for at least an hour or until very firm. I just leave it in overnight.

Step 3Scoop mixture with 1 inch cookie scoop and roll in toppings of your choice. I use cocoa powder or chopped hazelnuts. Freeze truffles for 20 to 30 minutes or refrigerate a couple of hours. Indulge! Then give most of them away so your pants will still fit. :)
