How to Make Nutella Truffles
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave or double boiler. If using microwave, use 50% power and stir every 30 seconds or so to keep chocolate from getting too hot and seizing.
Stir Nutella into melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate mixture for at least an hour or until very firm. I just leave it in overnight.
- Scoop mixture with 1 inch cookie scoop and roll in toppings of your choice. I use cocoa powder or chopped hazelnuts.
Freeze truffles for 20 to 30 minutes or refrigerate a couple of hours.
Indulge! Then give most of them away so your pants will still fit. :)
