Cleaning out my refrigeator today and came across a bag of dried cranberries with little left in the bag. I checked in our basement freeze for my different nuts I have machine sealed and packaged and frozen. Came across a small bag of broken pieces of macadamia nuts. Well that made my mind up on what to make. Looked into my recipw box and came up with this recipe that I have not made since last Christms. It is so easy to make and taste great.
