THIS RECIPE IS SO EASY, ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS... I HAVE HAD THIS RECIPE FOR MANY YEARS...I FOUND IT IN AN OLDER COPY OF TASTE OF HOME MAGAZINE... I'VE MADE THESE MANY TIMES, AND EVERYONE LOVES THEM... THESE LITTERALLY MELT IN YOUR MOUTH...SO VERY GOOD..AND I BET YOU CAN'T JUST EAT ONE....

  • 2 packages 10 - 12 ouncesmilk chocolate, or butterscotch chips
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 1 1/4 cups ground toasted almonds

How To Make no-fuss truffles

    IN A MICROWAVABLE BOWL, HEAT CHOC CHIPS OR BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS AT 70% FOR 1 MINUTE...STIR, THEN MICROWAVE 10 - 20 SECONDS LONGER OR UNTIL MELTED, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY...COOL TO ROOM TEMPERATURE ABOUT 30 MINUTES, STIRRING SEVERAL TIMES...

    FOLD IN WHIPPED TOPPING...THEN DROP BY ROUNDED TEASPOONFULS ONTO WAXED PAPER-LINED BAKING SHEETS...FREEZE FOR 1 1/2 HOURS OR UNTIL FIRM...
