butter, sweetened cold

marshmallow cream/2pks marshmallows

vanilla extract
1/2 Tbsp
salt

sweetened condensed milk

Step-By-Step

1MIX SUGAR MILK BUTTER TOGETHER ON STOVETOP TILL CANDY REACHES A VERY HOT THICK BUBBLY CONSISTENSY STIRRING CONSTANTLY
2THEN REMOVE FROM HEAT FOLD IN MARSMALLOW CREAM AND MARSHMALLOWS.. THEN ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS FOLD IN DO NOT USE A BLENDER THIS MUST BE HAND STIRRED . YOU MAY ADD NUTS IF DESIRED YOU WILL STIR FOR ABOUT 30 MIN TOTAL ONLY TURN FLAM UP ON STOVE TO MEDIUM HIGH THEN AFTER THE PRODUCT IN READY ...
3LINE AND GREASE WITH BUTTER A VERY LARGE FLAT PAN NO DEEPER THAN 1/2 INCH YOU CAN GET THOSE VERY LARGE FOIL ONES JUST LIKE WITH PARCHMENT PAPER SO IT WONT STICK.. THEN COOL ON TH E DINING ROOM TABLE FOR 3 TO 5 HOURS YOU WILL SEE IT WILL HARDEN IN LESS TIME THEN GET TUPPERWARE CONTAINERS OR ZIP LOCK CONTAINERS AND MAKE UP PACKAGES FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS MAKES ABOUT 10 LBS.. I DO 40LBS OF THIS AT THE HOLIDAY TIME :-)
