Ingredients

  • 1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 box 12 oz. vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 box 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine/melted
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup coconut

How To Make no-cook coconut candy

  • Step 1
    ADDITIONAL COCONUT FOR GARNISH... THAW OJ UNTIL SLUSHY. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL AND MIX THOROUGHLY. MIXTURE WILL BE STIFF.
  • Step 2
    SPRINKLE A LAYER OF COCONUT INTO A 9X13 INCH PAN.POUR CANDY AND PRESS DOWN EVENLY WITH YOUR HANDS. BE SURE TO COVER THE ENTIRE LAYER OF COCONUT.
  • Step 3
    SPRINKLE MORE COCONUT OVER THE TOP AND PRESS DOWN GENTLY. CUT INTO BARS OF THE DESIRED SIZE AND REFRIGERATE.
