Step 1ADDITIONAL COCONUT FOR GARNISH... THAW OJ UNTIL SLUSHY. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL AND MIX THOROUGHLY. MIXTURE WILL BE STIFF.

Step 2SPRINKLE A LAYER OF COCONUT INTO A 9X13 INCH PAN.POUR CANDY AND PRESS DOWN EVENLY WITH YOUR HANDS. BE SURE TO COVER THE ENTIRE LAYER OF COCONUT.

Step 3SPRINKLE MORE COCONUT OVER THE TOP AND PRESS DOWN GENTLY. CUT INTO BARS OF THE DESIRED SIZE AND REFRIGERATE.
