I love any kind of fudge. I make fudge about every 2 weeks for me, my family & friends. It goes like hot cakes.

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, room temperature
4-1/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
3 packages semi-sweet chocolate chunks
1 jar jet-puffed marshmallow creme
3 cups pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make never mind the million dollars just give me fudge

Step 1

First brin the butter,sugar & milk to a full boil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Make sure to stir constantly. Then boil for about 5 mins.

Step 2

Next remove from the heat. Then gradually add in the chocolate chunks & stir until chocolate is fully melted after adding each chunk. Then add remaning ingreients & mix well.
Step 3

Then pour into a 15x10x1 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cool fully.
