These are an all time favorite of mine...Mom used to make them for every baby and bridal shower. After she passed away, I remember my Aunt Helen making them for showers and special occasions. They are so darn good! You will love these as much as I do!

Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 2 - drops cinnamon oil (see notes)
- 2 - drops food coloring
- 2 cups sugar
How To Make mints, mom's

Step 1Work powdered sugar into cream cheese, add oil to taste and blend well. Add food color to desired shades. Take a pinch at a time and roll into a ball. Roll in sugar and shape as desired. Lay flat in covered container. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 2Note: Use cinnamon, peppermint or any other oil. Mom used these for bridal and baby showers.
