microwave pecan pralines
(1 RATING)
Although my Texas-born husband's pronunciation of these wonderful candies grates on my Louisiana-born nerves, we both agree these are GREAT! (He says, "pray-leens", I say "prah-leens") :-) Either way, these are sooooo easy to make. However, you may have to make a few batches and experiment with your microwave to get the correct cooking times. PLEASE butter the waxed paper. I didn't do it the first time I made these and the paper stuck to the candy!
