How to Make Microwave Peanut Brittle


  1. Mix karo and sugar in a pyrex bowl. Microwave on high for 4 min. Then add nuts and microwave for 2 more min. Then add butter and vanilla mix until butter is melted. Microwave for 1 1/2 min. Take out of microwave and add baking soda, mix well. (mixture will bubble and foam, its chemical reaction) pour on aluminum foil sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
  2. Let cool till hard. Break into pieces. Can also sprinkle choc. chips on top of hot mixture then spread out for choc. coated peanut brittle. Yum
