- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make microwave homemade caramels

Step 1mix butter, brown sugar and corn syrup together in large microwave safe bowl.

Step 2cook on high for 5 minutes. Blend in sweetened condensed milk and cook on high an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. remove from microwave and add vanilla, stirring until well mixed and smooth. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan. Cool well. Cut into small squares and wrap in wax paper.
