I love fudge and they are so delicious and sweet. I make them for Christmas. My family loves it.

Ingredients

1 pound confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans

How To Make microwave fudge

Step 1

Blend confectioners' sugar and cocoa in a microwaveable medium bowl. Pour in milk. Place butter on top. Heat in microwave oven at full power for 2 minutes or until butter melts. Stir well to mix. Add vanilla and pecans. Stir until blended. Put in refrigerator and chill 1 hour until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in airtight container.
