This fudge is soft and nutty, but you can eliminate the peanuts if you prefer.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz
    butterscotch chips (like chocolate chips)
  • 12 oz
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    margarine (1 stick)
  • 1 c
    peanuts
  • 4 c
    mini marshmallows

How to Make Microwave Fudge

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl microwave butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and margarine at 70% power for 8 minutes stirring twice.
  2. Add peanuts and marshmallows. Mix well, pour into buttered 9X13 pan or 2 smaller pans. Chill.
