This fudge is soft and nutty, but you can eliminate the peanuts if you prefer.

Ingredients

12 ounces butterscotch chips (like chocolate chips)
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup margarine (1 stick)
1 cup peanuts
4 cups mini marshmallows

How To Make microwave fudge

Step 1

In a large bowl microwave butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and margarine at 70% power for 8 minutes stirring twice.

Step 2

Add peanuts and marshmallows. Mix well, pour into buttered 9X13 pan or 2 smaller pans. Chill.
