I love this sweet treat I made 2 times for X-mas. I do love anything sweet & so does my family & friends. First time I made this 1 of my friend wanted to know where I bought them from & another friend told her "Kit dont buy if she can make it."

Ingredients
- 4 - egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 package jell-o lime flavor gelatin
- 1 package jell-o strawberry flavor gelatin
How To Make mery mery mery meringues

Step 1Preheat the oven to 225F. In a large bowl beat the egg whites & cream of tartar with an electic mixer on high speed for about 5 mins or until soft small peaks form. Make sure not to over beat egg whites. Gradually add in the sugar 1 Tbsp at a time. Then beat until stiff peaks form.

Step 2Then drop Tbsp. of the egg whites on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle each meringue lightly with the dry gelatin powders.

Step 3Then bake for about 50 mins. Turn off the oven. Prop open the oven door slightly. Let meringues stand in the oven for about 1 hour or until completely cooled.

Step 4Special Tip: Store the cooled meringues in a thghtly covered container at room temperature.
