Everybody loves these. They are easier to eat than the popcorn balls made with syrup.

Great for Christmas using red and green M & M's. Or everyday use peanuts for the add ins.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 8 qt
    popped popcorn, not salted or buttered
  • 1 stick
    butter (1/2 cup)
  • 1 lb
    marshmallows
  • 1/2 c
    m & m's or peanuts

How to Make Marshmallow Popcorn Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. Place popped corn in a large bowl. Set aside. Melt butter and marshmallows in microwave or top of a double boiler.
  2. Pour marshmallow/butter mixture over popcorn. Add M&M's or peanuts and mix well.
  3. Quickly form popcorn mixture into balls and set aside to cool and firm up.
