OK, I adopted this one from this site, I'll test it and let you know how it is & a pic.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 - unsweetened chocolate squares
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 - marshmallows

How To Make marshmallow fudge

  • Step 1
    Heat milk and chocolate together in heavy saucepan over low heat until chocolate is melted.
  • Step 2
    Add sugar, salt and corn syrup.
  • Step 3
    Cook, stirring until boiling starts.
  • Step 4
    Cover and boil 3 minutes to wash down sugar crystals from pan sides.
  • Step 5
    Uncover.
  • Step 6
    Cook without stirring until thermometer reaches 232 degrees.
  • Step 7
    Remove from heat and cool without stirring to lukewarm.
  • Step 8
    Add vanilla and beat until fudge thickens and looses its gloss.
  • Step 9
    Cut each marshmallow into 8 pieces and stir into fudge.
  • Step 10
    Turn into greased pan.
  • Step 11
    Cut into squares when firm.
