My second oldest asked for this for his birthday after I recently served the Lavender Tapioca Ice Cream to my mom for her birthday. I do like this, (even when it isn't anyone's birthday)!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 4 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup m&ms (used fall colors this time)
  • 1/4 cup english toffee pieces

How To Make m&m and english toffee tapioca ice cream

  • Step 1
    In a saucepan, put all the ingredients save the M&Ms and toffee.
  • Step 2
    Bring to a rolling boiling, whisking all the way.
  • Step 3
    Pour into a freezer safe bowl. Wait 45 minutes before adding the candy pieces.
  • Step 4
    Then stir every 30 minutes for 3-5 hours. Serve delightfully.
