m&m and english toffee tapioca ice cream
My second oldest asked for this for his birthday after I recently served the Lavender Tapioca Ice Cream to my mom for her birthday. I do like this, (even when it isn't anyone's birthday)!

Ingredients
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 4 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1/2 cup m&ms (used fall colors this time)
- 1/4 cup english toffee pieces
How To Make m&m and english toffee tapioca ice cream

Step 1In a saucepan, put all the ingredients save the M&Ms and toffee.

Step 2Bring to a rolling boiling, whisking all the way.

Step 3Pour into a freezer safe bowl. Wait 45 minutes before adding the candy pieces.

Step 4Then stir every 30 minutes for 3-5 hours. Serve delightfully.
