1Butter a cookie sheet. Heat butter and syrup in skillet over low heat.
Stir until blended.
Add sugar. Stir until smooth. Continue heating without stirring til bubbly and double in volume. Heat 2 minutes more. Remove from heat add soda and stir down as this will bubble up. Add corn pops cereal. Stir and fold in until thoroughly coated.
Spread onto cookie sheet. When cool break into bite size pieces.
Corn chex work too.Coco Puffs (chocolate) and Trix (fruity) these should work as well by themselves,of course.
