Pour popped corn into four large bowls. Melt candy pieces in individual saucepans or in measuring cups or one at a time in the microwave- for about 1 minute stirring at 30 second intervals until melted. Make sure popped corn is cold- I usually let the popped corn sit out all night- but have to put a sign on them so no one eat it! lol. When chocolate is melted stream or drizzle onto popped corn in bowl. Immediately stir around with your hands to coat all the corn, Do more if it is not coated enough to your liking. Now spread out on foil covered and sprayed jelly roll and cookie sheets, in a single layer, adding more chocolate or a different color if you wish over top, lightly. let set up. Do not refrigerate, do not cover.. Do the same with remaining popped corn and candy . You can just do one flavor then another time you can do another. But sometimes I use more than one flavor on the popped corn , This is so good. Make sure you use a good fluffy corn with no salt, If you are buying already popped corn. I use Orville's. It seams to be the best to pop. --- We used to make about 12-15 batches a day during the holidays. We packaged it in cellophane bags when set and tie with colorful ribbons, label and ingredients. We wore plastic gloves on our hands.
