How to Make Kaye's Candy
- 1Roast the pecans at 170 for 10 minutes. (roasting brings out the natural oil). let them cool
- 2Add all ingredients to Food Processor & pulse until mixed. Don't overwork.
- 3Form into balls. Chill while you melt the chocolate.
- 4Either dip the candy or pour and let dry on waxed paper.
