Ingredients

  • 1.33 cups sugar
  • 7 ounces marshmallow cream
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup kahlua
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

How To Make kahlua creamy fudge

  • Step 1
    Line 8\" square baking pan with foil.
  • Step 2
    In 2 quart saucepan, combine sugar, marshmallow cream, milk, butter, Kahlua and salt.
  • Step 3
    Bring to a rapid boil, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Remove from heat; add all chocolate.
  • Step 5
    Stir until melted.
  • Step 6
    Add nuts and vanilla.
  • Step 7
    Turn into prepared pan.
  • Step 8
    Refrigerate until firm.
  • Step 9
    To serve, cut in squares.
  • Step 10
    Makes about 2 3/4 pounds.
