jones family peppermint bark

This was our first year to make peppermint bark. Usually we buy it from William-Sonoma but thanks to the recession we decided to take the ingredients we already had and make our own! It was a huge success and one that will be repeated from now on! We chose to use a vanilla bean white chocolate and that added another layer of flavor. I'm not a chocolate or peppermint fan but I loved this a lot!! ENJOY!
