I have made this fudge since the early 70's and not once has it failed me. It is so quick and easy, it's just so yummy too !!!

Ingredients
- 7 1/2 jars marshmellow fluff ( if fluff in plastic tub and not the glass jar then use half the tub)
- 2/3 cup evaporated canned milk
- 3 cups sugar
- 12 oz packages chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
How To Make jeanie's fantastic fudge

Step 1Add 3 cups sugar, 1.5 sticks ( 1 stick and a half of another stick) of butter melted and 2/3 can of canned milk in a 2 quart pan, bring to rolling boil, lower heat to medium and stir exactly 5 mins. Remove from the stove and add 1 12 oz bag of Chocolate Chips, 7.5 jar of Marshmellow Fluff ( do not used the creme kind of marshmellow) and 1 tsp of vanilla. Stir fast and quickly as you add the fluff and chocolate chips, do one at a time but quickly behind each other. Then pour into 13x9 pan, cool @ room temp and then cut. Makes 3 lbs..FYI: If you would like to make Peanut Butter Fudge add a cup of Peanut Butter instead of the Chocolate Chips.
