Ingredients
- 16 ounces softened cream cheese
- 2 - eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate graham crackers crushed
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 8 - snack size snickers bars
- 8 ounces semi sweet chocolate morsals for ganache
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream for ganache
How To Make individual snickers cheesecakes

Step 1Mix graham crackers with melted butter and put about 1 tsp in each cup cake paper. Pat down.

Step 2Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice together until mixed well.

Step 3Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Scrape down bowl.

Step 4Next add the sour cream and peanut butter to the batter. Mix well.

Step 5Cut up into small pieces 3 Snickers Bars. Add to the batter and mix with spatula.

Step 6Fill each cup cake paper with one large ice cream scoop of filling.

Step 7Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool.

Step 8Make the ganache by melting the chocolate chips over double boiler. Add the whipping cream and blend until smooth.

Step 9Frost each cake with the ganache topping and end with a slice of snickers on each cake. Refrigerate before serving.
