Ingredients

  • 16 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 2 - eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate graham crackers crushed
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 8 - snack size snickers bars
  • 8 ounces semi sweet chocolate morsals for ganache
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream for ganache

How To Make individual snickers cheesecakes

  • Step 1
    Mix graham crackers with melted butter and put about 1 tsp in each cup cake paper. Pat down.
  • Step 2
    Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice together until mixed well.
  • Step 3
    Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Scrape down bowl.
  • Step 4
    Next add the sour cream and peanut butter to the batter. Mix well.
  • Step 5
    Cut up into small pieces 3 Snickers Bars. Add to the batter and mix with spatula.
  • Step 6
    Fill each cup cake paper with one large ice cream scoop of filling.
  • Step 7
    Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool.
  • Step 8
    Make the ganache by melting the chocolate chips over double boiler. Add the whipping cream and blend until smooth.
  • Step 9
    Frost each cake with the ganache topping and end with a slice of snickers on each cake. Refrigerate before serving.
