    softened cream cheese
  • 2
  • 3/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    chunky peanut butter
  • 1 c
    chocolate graham crackers crushed
  • 1 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 8
    snack size snickers bars
  • 8 oz
    semi sweet chocolate morsals for ganache
  • 1/4 c
    heavy whipping cream for ganache

How to Make Individual Snickers Cheesecakes


  1. Mix graham crackers with melted butter and put about 1 tsp in each cup cake paper. Pat down.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice together until mixed well.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Scrape down bowl.
  4. Next add the sour cream and peanut butter to the batter. Mix well.
  5. Cut up into small pieces 3 Snickers Bars. Add to the batter and mix with spatula.
  6. Fill each cup cake paper with one large ice cream scoop of filling.
  7. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool.
  8. Make the ganache by melting the chocolate chips over double boiler. Add the whipping cream and blend until smooth.
  9. Frost each cake with the ganache topping and end with a slice of snickers on each cake. Refrigerate before serving.
