How to Make Hopscotch Candy

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt the butterscotch chips in your microwave, just watch closely not to overheat. I can't put a time on it as all microwaves are different. Just stir and check every few seconds, until it's melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in the peanut butter. Mix the noodles and marshmallows together in a bowl. Add the butterscotch mixture and mix thoroughly.
  3. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Chill until set. Enjoy! (no need to refrigerate once set unless you want to) Store in air tight container or candy tin, These make a great surprise for friends and neighbors, a little something to make them smile!
