- 2 tablespoons butter softened
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar (sifted)
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar (sifted)
How To Make homemade peanut butter cups

Step 1Line a standard 12 cup muffin pan with paper cupcake liners.

Step 2Melt half of the chocolate to create the base layer.

Step 3Whip the peanut butter, the butter and confectioners sugar together to create the center.

Step 4Melt rest of chocolate and layer the top. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes
