Ingredients

  • 16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar (sifted)
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar (sifted)

How To Make homemade peanut butter cups

  • Step 1
    Line a standard 12 cup muffin pan with paper cupcake liners.
  • Step 2
    Melt half of the chocolate to create the base layer.
  • Step 3
    Whip the peanut butter, the butter and confectioners sugar together to create the center.
  • Step 4
    Melt rest of chocolate and layer the top. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes
