How to Make Homemade Caramels in the microwave


  1. Grease 8x8 dish or pan.In microwave bowl combine butter,brown sugar and corn syrup. Microwave 2 minutes stir and microwave 2 minutes.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and microwave 3 minutes or less so milk doesn't bubble.
  3. Stir. Remove and stir in vanilla. Pour into dish and you can sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Refrigerate till solid. Cut into square s.
