Received this recipe from my Jr. High School Home Economics teacher..handwritten on file card and signed with my maiden name!...which means that it is at least 45 yrs old.. we probably made this in class..I found it in a stack of some of my older recipes..

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup nut meats,( walnuts or pecans..or your choice)
How To Make holiday fudge

Step 1Combine milk, butter,sugar, and salt in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil..Cook 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 2Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate and nuts until blended.

Step 3Pour into a buttered 8" square pan. Let cool slightly. Cut into squares.
