How To Make holiday candy bar fudge with pistachios

• Step 1
  In microwave-safe bowl, mix butter cocoa, brown sugar and milk. Nuke on high until it boils, about 3 minutes. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour into greased 8" square pan. (Or line pan with foil and grease for easy removal and cutting.) In another bowl, melt caramels and water, about 2 minutes, stir til creamy. Stir in pistachios. Spread over chocolate layer. In last bowl, melt white chocolate chips til melted. Watch so they don't scorch and stir after each minute. Spread over caramel layer. Sprinkle with holiday candy sprinkles. Chill til firm. Cut into 32 pieces.
