This is another version of the Coconut Candy. Only difference with this version is that the candy will have a nice ivory color instead of the dark brown color since granulated sugar is used instead of brown sugar. You'll find this version of the coconut candy to be as delicious. Will have pics up soon! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cups packed freshly grated coconut
How To Make grated coconut candy (tablet kokoye graje)

Step 1Lightly grease a large baking sheet. Set aside

Step 2Mix sugar and evaporated milk in heavy 3-quart saucepan. Mix in condensed milk, salt, cinnamon, and grated coconut. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Step 3Reduce heat to medium and cook for 40 minutes, stirring and scraping the bottom of the pan often during the first 25 minutes, then constantly during the last 5 minutes to prevent scorching. The mixture should be very thick, and should turn a beautiful ivory color. Do not let caramelize.

Step 4Remove from heat. Drop by tablespoons on prepared baking sheet. Cool at room temperature. Will keep one week in an airtight container. Yields about 30 (Tablet Graje)
