  In a sauce pan combine sugar, cocoa and evaporated milk. Bring to softball stage (240). Remove from heat and mix in vanilla, butter and peanut butter. Pour into pan and let cool.

  If you want nuts in your fudge use crunchy peanut butter, if you don't use creamy peanut butter.
