Oh gosh ... these are so good I could eat a whole plate! Crispy, crunchy, sweet, nutty ... these are a wonderful light dessert. Paired with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk, you have a great dessert.

The recipe listed chopped nuts in the ingredients but it wasn't listed in the directions. I went ahead and added chopped pecans just before placing in the oven. They really added something! Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen

How to Make Graham Cracker Pieces

Step-by-Step

  1. Line cookie sheet with foil and one layer of graham crackers.
  2. Boil first 3 ingredients for 3 minutes stirring constantly.
  3. Pour mixture over crackers so that they are covered.
  4. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
  5. Cool and break into pieces.
