1Combine graham cracker crumbs and pecans in a large mixing bowl; set aside.
2In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until the sugar is no longer shiny. (My mom would say, "Stir until your arm falls off!")
3Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper and allow to cool. Makes about 2 dozen.
