How to Make Graham Cracker "Cookies"
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and pecans in a large mixing bowl; set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until the sugar is no longer shiny. (My mom would say, "Stir until your arm falls off!")
- Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper and allow to cool. Makes about 2 dozen.
