Ingredients
- 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup canned milk
- 1 stick unsalted butter
How To Make graham cracker "cookies"

Step 1Combine graham cracker crumbs and pecans in a large mixing bowl; set aside.

Step 2In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until the sugar is no longer shiny. (My mom would say, "Stir until your arm falls off!")

Step 3Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper and allow to cool. Makes about 2 dozen.
