Ingredients

1 package powdered sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon mint extract
- food coloring in desired colors

How To Make graduation mints

Step 1

Mix first three. Knead Until like pie dough.

Step 2

Add coloring. Can add more powdered sugar if sticky.
Step 3

Roll into small marble sized balls, dip into sugar and press into molds. Makes roughly 240 mints.
