As a dialysis nurse I enjoyed many treats brought to the center for the staff to share. This was one of them. Takes some time but well worth the effort. A helper and an assembly line will help. I make these every year for Christmas and they don't last long. You can't believe how good they are.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    caramels
  • 1 can(s)
    eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 stick
    butter
  • 1 box
    rice krispies
  • 1 pkg
    regular size marshmallows

How to Make Goof Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. In the top of a double boiler melt and keep warm the first three ingredients. Using a fork or pick, dip and swirl marshmallow to coat then roll in rice
    krispies. I crush the cereal. Put on wax paper to set. Makes 75-85 delicious treats.
