I make a lot candy,cookies, etc. I make a lot of Peanut Butter Balls for my hubby, my brothers, friends & neighbors. Today I made slightly different. One batch makes about 30
balls. I made a double one.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    of peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    of butter.not margarine
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 small
    bags of the snack size m&m candies.
  • 1 1/2 small
    snack size of snickers bite size candy

How to Make GONE IN A FLASH PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

Step-by-Step

  1. I used a variation of the recipe. The original is only the 1st 3 ingredients. I make a lot of desserts and add special touches.
  2. Step one. Mix peanut butter,butter, crushed up m&m candies,& the snicker bars.
  3. Gradually add the powered sugar. mix well & in your hand roll into 1/2 to 3/4 inch size balls. The recipe says let stand 20 minutes. I put mine in the freezer for 20 minutes. The balls firm up better.

    then dip in the melted chocolate of your choice. I used Andes mints with white chocolate, & added a pinch of Peppermint Extract,
