Girl Scout Cookies do not arrive till the first of the yr, but I saw this same kind of cookie at Dollar General. This is on my to do list...that is going to Dollar General to hunt for that cookie to make this fudge.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    samoa girl scout cookies, crushed
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 6 oz
    heavy cream
  • 12
    regular marshmallows
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 6 oz
    chocolate chips

How to Make Girl Scout Samoa Fudge Recipe

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat and boil together sugar, heavy cream, marshmallows and butter for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add vanilla and chocolate chips, mixing until chips have melted.
  3. Add crushed Samoas. Pour into a 8x8 inch buttered pan and chill until firm.
