Please note that the serving size says "makes 48, supposedly" That is probably true if you stick with the 1-inch balls of dough, but I prefer a cookie that is a bit bigger.
How to Make Ginger Krinkles
- In small bowl, stir together the first five ingredients and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and beat well. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, beating well.
Form 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-13 minutes.
