I have made these without Ganga butter and just use plain and they turn out great for the kids to eat.

Ingredients
- 1/8 to1/4 pound butter
- 1 heaping cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup, light
- 1 - 3 oz package jello gelatin... any flavor
- - lollipop sticks
- - molds
How To Make ganga lollipops

Step 1Boil : butter , corn syrup , and sugar till temp reaches 310 to 325 with candy thermometer

Step 2Add Jello and stir well.

Step 3Put sticks into molds.

Step 4Pour mixture into mold quickly and let harden.
