Ingredients

1 cup cream
1/4 cup butter
16 ounces 60% cocao chips, ghirardelli
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pecans, oats & crushed candy canes

How To Make fudgy truffles

Step 1

Simmer cream and butter and stir until smooth. Pour over chocolate until smooth. Add vanilla and chill for at least one hour.

Step 2

Roll into pecans and oats (chopped in blender). Then roll in crushed candy canes.
