Makes a 9X13 pan


  • 4 c
  • 1 stick
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 bag(s)
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 bag(s)
    10 1/2 oz mini-marshmallows
  • 1 dash(es)
    vanilla extract

How to Make Fudge


  1. Bring to soft-boil stage on a candy thermometer. Be patient.
  2. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows and a dash of vanilla. Beat with a mixer until blended.
  3. Pour into buttered 9X13 or a jellyroll pan if you want it thinner. Never fails!!
