Ingredients For fudge

  • 4 c
    sugar
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 bag
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 bag
    10 1/2 oz mini-marshmallows
  • 1 dash
    vanilla extract

How To Make fudge

  • 1
    Bring to soft-boil stage on a candy thermometer. Be patient.
  • 2
    Add chocolate chips and marshmallows and a dash of vanilla. Beat with a mixer until blended.

    Pour into buttered 9X13 or a jellyroll pan if you want it thinner. Never fails!!
