Makes a 9X13 pan
Ingredients
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 bag 10 1/2 oz mini-marshmallows
- 1 dash vanilla extract
How To Make fudge

Step 1Bring to soft-boil stage on a candy thermometer. Be patient.

Step 2Add chocolate chips and marshmallows and a dash of vanilla. Beat with a mixer until blended.

Step 3Pour into buttered 9X13 or a jellyroll pan if you want it thinner. Never fails!!
