    granulated sugar

    12 oz, evap milk
  • 1
    12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1
    7 oz jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla or almond extract

How to Make Fudge


  1. Combine butter, milk, sugar in large pan. Cook on med heat till mixture reaches 234 degrees on a candy therm. Stir constantly.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow cream. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into a 9x13 in buttered dish. Let cool completely. Cut into squares.
