granulated sugar
1 can(s)
12 oz, evap milk
12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
7 oz jar marshmallow cream
1 c
chopped nuts
1 tsp
vanilla or almond extract

How to Make Fudge


  • 1Combine butter, milk, sugar in large pan. Cook on med heat till mixture reaches 234 degrees on a candy therm. Stir constantly.
  • 2Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow cream. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into a 9x13 in buttered dish. Let cool completely. Cut into squares.
