This was an old recipe handed down to me. This fudge stays great for a long time in the freezer.

Ingredients

6 oz
chocolate chips, semi sweet
10 oz
marshmallows
2 c
nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1/2 lb
butter
2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 can(s)
evaporate milk (large)
41/2 c
sugar

How to Make Fudge

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl mix together, chocolate chips, marshmallows, nuts, butter and vanilla. Set aside
  • 2In a sauce pan mix evaporated milk and sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for 9 minutes. stir constantly.
  • 3Pour hot mixture into bowl and stir together until everything is melted.
  • 4Pour into cookie sheet and freeze. Cut into squares enjoy.
