This Candy is inspired for my Mother's love of chocolate covered peanuts, chocolate covered raisins, and chocolate covered cherries. So I combined all of her favorites into one chocolate covered drop of goodness.
1In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk and corn syrup for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat stir in vanilla until blended. Stir in nuts and fruits.
2Drop by Tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper lined baking sheets. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
