Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked oats
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
How To Make frosted toffee bars

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Lightly grease 9\" square baking pan.

Step 3In large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar and butter; mix well. Spread into prepared pan.

Step 4Bake 13 minutes or until light golden brown; cool on wire rack.

Step 5In small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate pieces.

Step 6Spread over baked oat mixture; sprinkle with peanuts.

Step 7Chill 4 hours or until chocolate is set and then cut into 2x1 1/2\" bars.

Step 8Store tightly covered in refrigerator--makes about 28 bars.
