How to Make FROSTED PECAN BITES
1Preheat oven to 275 degrees
2Toast pecans for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly toasted. Set aside to cool.
3Fold sugar, salt and pecans into egg whites.
4Increase oven temperature to 325 degrees.
5Melt butter or margarine on a sheet pan.
6Spread the nut mixture over pan and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
7Remove from oven and allow to cool.
