These are just like the big department stores. They melt in your mouth. I add peppermint, rum, or almond extract to them too to make different flavors.

Ingredients For frangos ...just like the big department stores ...

  • 2 c
    hershey’s chocolate chips melt in double boiler and cool
  • 1/2 c
    soft butter
  • 1 1/8 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2
    eggs .. well beaten
  • 1 - 2 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make frangos ...just like the big department stores ...

  • 1
    Mix egg, sugar, butter, vanilla and beat. Mix in melted chocolate chips.(This is when I add the extra flavoring)

    Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Let harden. I store in frig or freezer.
