I have had this receipe for so many years I don't remember where I got it. All I know this is the only fudge I make and there is never any left.

  • 3 pkg
    6 oz oackages toll-house semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can(s)
    14 ozs eagle brand milk
  • DASH
  • 1/2 to 1 c
    chopped nuts

How to Make Foolproof Chocolate Fudge


  1. In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with Eagle Brand Milk. Remove from heat stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly onto a waxed lined 9 inch pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper cut into squares
  2. Make about 2 pounds. Store loosely convered at room temperature.
