3/4 cbutter or margarine
1 can(s)evaporated milk, large
1 1/2 pkg(12 squares) baker's semi-sweet chocolate, chopped*
7 ozjar marshmallow creme
1 cchopped walnuts or pecans
1 tspvanilla extract
How to Make Fantasy Fudge
- Line 9-inch pan with foil.
- Bring sugar, butter and milk to a full rolling boil in large saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4 minutes or until 234* on candy thermometer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Add chocolate and marshmallow creme, stir until melted. Stir in nuts and vanilla.
- Pour into pan and cool.
*you may substitute semi-sweet chocolate morsels for semi chocolate squares.
