Well I wasn't going to post a fudge recipe but some jap members asked me to. Been making this for years after trying so many other recipes and they never really came out right. This one always does and its delicious and EASY.
1Combine sugar, marg. or butter and E.milk in heavy saucepan, bring to boil (full rolling boil) stirring constantly for 5 minutes over medium heat ~ stirring constantly for the 5 minutes to prevent scorching ~ Remove from heat, stir in choc. chips until melted ~ add marshmallow, nuts and vanilla.
Beat until well blended. (I use wooden spoon)
Pour into greased 13" x 9" pan. Cool at room temperature . Cut into squares.
Makes approx. 3 lbs.
