3/4 cmargarine (i use butter)
2/3 cevaporated milk
112 oz pkg. choclate chips
17 oz. marshmallow creme (hard to find, i use fluff)
1 tspvanilla extract
How to Make Fantasy Fudge
- Combine sugar, marg. or butter and E.milk in heavy saucepan, bring to boil (full rolling boil) stirring constantly for 5 minutes over medium heat ~ stirring constantly for the 5 minutes to prevent scorching ~ Remove from heat, stir in choc. chips until melted ~ add marshmallow, nuts and vanilla.
Beat until well blended. (I use wooden spoon)
Pour into greased 13" x 9" pan. Cool at room temperature . Cut into squares.
Makes approx. 3 lbs.
